  • Ordering and account history with us, including orders that you request by e-mail. This may also include your communications to us concerning previous events or your account.
  • Miscellaneous information we may obtain from you to service your account better such as food allergies, instructions for deliveries, meal preferences, etc.

Sharing Information
We share the aforementioned types of non-public information with third party companies outside of Bon Vivant Catering & Events only as permitted by law. Some examples of third parties to whom we may disclose non-public personal information are companies that work with us to service your accounts, or to provide services that you have requested, such as equipment rentals, transportation companies, DJ’s, florists, etc. We may share non-public information with a party representing you or to other third parties at your direction/consent.

While these examples do not cover every situation permitted by law, they indicate how your information may be shared.

Confidentiality and Security
All of our employees are required to follow operating procedures to maintain the confidentiality of our client’s non-public personal information. We also employ electronic and physical safeguards to protect your information, including data encryption, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, and user names and passwords.

Our commitment to you
Your relationship with us is based on trust and that you expect us to act responsibly and in your best interests. Because your personal and financial data is your private information, we hold ourselves to the highest standards in its safekeeping and use. This means, most importantly, that we do not sell client information - both your personal and/or company information - to anyone.
