Bon Vivant Catering & Events is pleased to announce that we have purchased Louis Gervais Fine Foods & Catering and its North Vancouver café, as Chef Louis Gervais prepares to retire. This acquisition brings together two husband-and-wife teams: Chef Louis and Kelly Gervais, who have built the business together over many years, and Bon Vivant’s Nessa van Bergen and Chef Dino Renaerts, who will lead its next chapter. This is a moment to thank Chef Louis and Kelly for everything they have put into the business and to introduce the people taking it forward.
